Listing is powered by AI workflows, with you in the loop throughout. The assistant supports two modes: generation, which writes a description from your photos and seller notes, and migration, which extracts structured fields from an existing listing without touching the copy. Both modes support batch listing. AI assistance is always optional; every field can be filled in manually if you prefer.
For creating listings from scratch — the assistant writes the copy, you verify it.
Start with up to four photos and a loose list of anything you know about the piece — include everything you want to appear in the description. It doesn't need to be formatted or complete. The AI treats whatever you provide as ground truth and works around it.
The assistant examines each image and pre-fills the structured fields: house, category, color, and condition grade. These are yours to confirm or correct before moving forward.
A full description is generated to match your writing style — tone, length, and structure. Sellers who have listed before can calibrate it to how they write. New sellers get a clean editorial default.
Any claim in the draft that the AI couldn't confirm directly from your photos or stated facts is flagged and shown to you as a specific excerpt. For each one, you can confirm it, correct it, or remove it entirely. Nothing stays in the copy without your sign-off.
Once the claims are resolved, the description can be refined through conversation. Ask it to adjust the tone, rework a sentence, expand on a detail, or rewrite a section. Your confirmed facts are never contradicted across refinements. Iterate until it reads right, within your refinement allowance for that listing.
When the listing reads right, publish. It goes live immediately and is visible to buyers on the platform.
For pieces already listed elsewhere that you want to bring over without starting from scratch.
Switch any slot in a batch to Migrate mode and paste the full text of an existing listing. Your own description is kept exactly as written.
The assistant reads your pasted text and pulls out whatever structured fields it can find — house, category, color, condition, size, measurements, price, and season and collection details. Only fields present in your text are filled in; the rest are left blank for your review the same way they would be for a generated listing.
Your description is preserved exactly as written — review the extracted fields, make any corrections, and publish.
For sellers listing multiple pieces at once. The same AI flow runs on every item in parallel.
Upload photos and notes for each piece in a single session. Items are grouped into slots — each slot gets its own images, title, and seller facts. You can mix assisted and migration slots in the same batch.
Once submitted, every item runs through the assistant simultaneously. Fields are extracted and descriptions drafted for the whole batch while you wait — there's no need to step through them one by one during generation.
After generation you step through each item to resolve flagged claims, adjust fields, and refine the description. Items can be refined independently before the batch is published together.
AI generation is capped at 5 listings per day and migration at 10 — each tracked separately. In a batch, if the number of items in either mode would exceed your remaining allowance, the whole batch is held until you reduce it or your limit resets the following day. Each listing also supports up to 10 description refinements over its lifetime.
